Riddled with ancient dust and my laziness
I saw one of my favourite books
Desperately calling me to open it to

Dreams so distant, yet we keep faith
Enlightening ourselves throughout our
Struggles, strifes and pitch darknesses
Till we become what we’re meant to be.
In this play of toils and follies, fate does lead.
Note how the odds play the fickle fiend;
Yet we strive without ceasing.
