From Her Balcony

(A Synchronicity written for OctPoWriMo – Day 19)

Pattering against window panes,
Drenching an old immature world;
Rains roar.

Tintinnabulation and pleas,
Piercing into clanging souls as
Bells ring.

Redolence, fragrant and loathsome,
Of flowers and putrid poison;
Life’s smells.

Children, squabbling and enjoying,
Fairy tales, not quite true; yet worth
A read!!!

The joys and noise of festivals,
Keeping alive the rays of hope,
Aglow.

Smiles and tears, peace and violence,
Finding its way to every life;
Fate wins.
***********************************************************
She saw, she heard, she learnt; although,
Mysteries surrounded mankind;
Her race!!!

A world as seen and heard by her,
On this balcony that faces
Outside!!!

Thank you for reading😊😊

    • Thank you. I’m glad you liked it😊
      I’m grateful that I was able to attempt and know of new poetry forms through OctPoWriMo. Even this is my first ever synchronicity poetry. So your comment means much ☺☺
